From the Desk of the President…
As we celebrate of the birth of Christ, I reflect on the profound journey we’ve embarked upon at La Salle Educational Center this year, especially with the opening of our Little School. In the spirit of St. John Baptist de La Salle, we have embraced our mission to touch hearts and enlighten minds, seeing the divine spark in each student.
Each child entrusted to our care is a unique gift from God, illuminating our school with their presence. We’ve witnessed not only academic growth but spiritual and moral development as well. From the joy of learning to live in faith, hope, and charity, our students have truly embodied the Lasallian values of association, respect for all persons, and the pursuit of justice. Their progress is a reflection of God’s work through our community.
Our donors, inspired by the example of the Magi, have offered gifts that go beyond the material. Your generosity has allowed us to extend our mission to serve those in need, providing resources that echo the Gospel’s call to give without counting the cost. Your contributions are a reflection of divine providence working through human hands.
Looking ahead, we are called to continue our mission with zeal, guided by the Holy Spirit, to educate the many students in need in South Miami-Dade County.
I extend my heartfelt gratitude and best wishes for a blessed Christmas and a New Year filled with the peace and love of Christ.
