The St. John Baptist de La Salle High School will be our premier high school located on the new campus in Homestead, Florida. The school will epitomize the Lasallian tradition of academic excellence, faith, and service. To create lifelong learners of between 600 to 800 students, La Salle High School will offer two distinct educational tracks to meet the diverse needs and aspirations of our students: a rigorous college-preparatory track and a cutting-edge Career and Technical Education (CTE) track focused on 21st-century technology skills.
Our college-prep track will be designed to inspire intellectual curiosity, leadership, and ethical responsibility, to prepare students in grades 9-12 for the challenges of higher education and beyond. The CTE track will inspire these same characteristics while equipping students with high-tech, in-demand skills enabling them to secure quality employment opportunities upon graduation.
In creating lifelong learners, all students, regardless of their chosen track, will learn critical thinking skills to facilitate future ethical decision-making. Our dedicated faculty and staff will be committed to fostering a supportive and inclusive environment where all students are encouraged to explore their interests, develop their talents, and pursue their passions.
With advanced courses, state-of-the-art facilities, and a robust extracurricular program, La Salle High School will ensure that every student receives a top-tier education. The high school’s close integration with social services programs will foster a deep sense of empathy and commitment to social justice, preparing students to be compassionate and proactive leaders in their communities. Upon graduation, students “Leave to Serve” both God and their neighbor.
